DELIVERIES

Standard UK (Mainland) Delivery (2-3 Working Days)

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We strive to deliver your tools and building materials on the date specified in your delivery instructions, provided the delivery address is within the UK mainland and payment is cleared by 12:00 PM the previous working day.

For example:

If you place your order before 12:00 PM on Monday, your delivery is expected by Wednesday or Thursday.
If you place your order after 12:00 PM on Monday, your delivery will arrive by Thursday or Friday.

Please note that weekend delivery is not guaranteed but may be arranged upon request. Contact our sales team to check if a weekend delivery can be accommodated.

Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery for orders over £350, excluding addresses in non-standard delivery areas (listed below). For orders under £350, a delivery charge of £20 will apply.

EXCLUSIONS

Non-Standard Delivery Areas

For deliveries outside the UK mainland, remote locations, or the Scottish Highlands, additional delivery charges may apply. These charges are determined by branch managers and may vary depending on the destination. Delivery times for these areas may also be longer than the standard timeframe.

Once you place your order, our team will contact you within one working day to discuss delivery options and any associated costs. If you find the proposed delivery charges unsatisfactory, you have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
