Returns for Unwanted Products
If you no longer need a product, we offer a refund for the product price, subject to a 25% restocking fee and excluding any delivery charges. Returns must be made within 14 days of the product's delivery to you.
To arrange a return, please email us at TEMPORARY EMAIL. We will coordinate the collection of the product through our nominated carrier. A minimum collection charge of £22 will apply, which may increase based on your location and the type of product. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that powder-based products such as cement and plaster are not eligible for return. These products have a reduced shelf-life once removed from storage due to specific storage requirements.
Faulty or Damaged Prodcut
In the unlikely event that a product in your order (including special orders and made-to-measure items) is faulty or damaged, we will offer either an exchange or a full refund. You must notify us of any defects or damages within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us in writing via email at TEMPORARY EMAIL or by post.
We reserve the right to inspect the returned products before deciding on a part refund, full refund, or product exchange.
You can either return the faulty or damaged product to us yourself, or we can arrange for collection via our nominated carrier. In either case, the cost of return shipping will be covered by us. Returns should be made within 14 days of notifying us about the issue.
To arrange a product collection, please email TEMPORARY EMAIL with your order number and product details. Once we receive the returned item, we will either send a replacement or process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
